White Christmas

Σάββατο μεσημέρι, ο καιρός είναι παγωμένος κι εγώ απολαμβάνω την ζεστή μου σοκολάτα δίπλα στο δέντρο που μόλις στόλισα και όλο το σπίτι μοσχοβολάει από τα μελομακάρονα που μόλις έψησα! Φέτος τα Χριστούγεννα λοιπόν, προτίμησα τα λευκά στολίδια, έτσι για να φέρω λίγο χιόνι στο σπίτι (μιας και δεν βλέπω να το βλέπουμε φέτος). Επίσης, τόσα χρόνια νομίζω με έχουν κουράσει τα αστραφτερά χρυσά, κόκκινα, ασημένια στολίδια.. ενώ το λευκό είναι πάντα αγνό και δίνει στο σπίτι μου την φωτεινότητα που χρειάζεται γι' αυτές τις μέρες. Δεν συμφωνείτε;

It's Saturday morning, thw weather is cold and I enjoy a warm cup of chocolate by my christmas tree while the house smells amazing from the christmas bakings! This year I decided to decorate my tree with white ornaments, in order to bring some snow at home (it's the only way, cause I don't think we will see snow this yera). Also, I feel a little bit tired of all these sparkling red, golden or silver ornaments .. meanwhile the white color is so pure and brings the lightment we need for these days. Don't you think?
